Ferris - McCaskill Wedding

Meet Dan and Julienne and her daughter.
They got married in March and we were happy to take their pictures.

We started at the Washington city courthouse...
and then we moved to St. George Golf Course.

They were so fun and easy to work with!

Great new family and we wish them much happiness!!

Landscape Photography - My first love

As much as I love photographing people - which is ALOT - my first 'dabble' in photography is landscape. It was landscapes that made me love the camera and what it could do.
Knowing what I know now, I realize that landscapes are a little more challenging - especially without people in them. It's a little harder to portray a 'feeling' or an 'emotion'.
Regardless, here are some of my recent favorites:

I cheated - there's a person in this one!

Next post, some fun 'children' pics. Kids are the greatest!!

Finch - Simkins Wedding Luncheon

As a favor to a dear friend, we took photos of her son's wedding luncheon.

I love doing wedding luncheons and receptions.
Why?

Well, because of the little kids that are there. They are so darn cute!

PLUS - the wedding couple is more relaxed and chill.

It's more about taking pictures of friendships and relationships.

So, we have 2 amazing families
and 2 amazing people!

Makes for a great celebration!!

Best wishes Scott and Josie!!

2nd Year Anniversay for the Brames!!

Happy 2nd yr Anniversay Amelia & Jon!!

One great thing about doing photography is that my daughter and her husband will come home at least once a year to get their pictures done!!

I realize I may be prejudiced, but this is one GOOD-LOOKIN' couple!!

Still in love....
So much personality!
And so much fun to work with!!

Here's to many, many more anniversaries
AND

All lined up!

Big Brother (one of them) and so handsome!!

Biggest Brother - another good-looking young man!

Mom & Dad - now we know why the kids are so cute!

And a parting shot of the youngest.
She reminds us to always take time to 'stop and smell the flowers'!

Thank you Hall family!!
